Start with the week you actually have
Before choosing an ambitious routine, look at your actual calendar. Mark work commitments, family responsibilities, travel, and the time it takes to get to your training space. The useful question is: which training windows can you realistically protect?
Choose a starting rhythm with your coach
Bring those available windows to the coaching conversation. Your schedule is planning context, not a test of commitment. Discuss the support you need, where you train, and what you want the coaching relationship to help you accomplish.
Make the next session easy to find
Put the agreed session on your calendar. Keep your training plan somewhere you can open quickly. In the E3 client workspace, the assigned-session queue shows the next piece of work and lets you record completion afterward.
Plan for a changed week
When work runs late or the schedule shifts, tell your coach what changed. The E3 weekly check-in offers a planning-review request so an obstacle can become part of the next conversation.
Review the record
Look at what you actually completed rather than the week you imagined. Use the completion history as a practical starting point for discussing consistency. This guide is about planning; exercise selection and training scope are agreed with your coach.
